Terms of service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms govern your use of ClipNest (the "service"), operated by BetterLogic FZE. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use ClipNest.
1. What ClipNest does
ClipNest is a tool that fetches publicly available media from a link you provide and lets you save it to your device. ClipNest does not host, upload, index or curate any videos, and is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.
2. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for what you download and how you use it. Only download content that you own, that is licensed for download (for example under Creative Commons), or that you have the rights holder's permission to save. You must also follow the terms of the platform the content comes from. Do not use ClipNest to infringe copyright or other rights.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to download content you are not entitled to;
- try to bypass rate limits, security measures or technical protections;
- automate requests, scrape the service or resell access without our written permission;
- interfere with the service or other users.
4. Fair-use limits
To keep ClipNest fast and free, the website limits the number of downloads per hour. We may change limits or block abusive traffic at any time.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Platforms change often, so a downloader may stop working temporarily. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service without notice.
6. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties about the service and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or any use you make of downloaded content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property. If you believe the service is being used to infringe your rights, see our copyright policy.
8. Privacy
How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
