ClipNest, operated by BetterLogic FZE, respects the rights of creators and copyright owners and expects users to do the same.
We don't host content
ClipNest does not store, host or publish videos. It processes a link that a user provides and fetches the media that the original platform makes publicly available. Videos stay on the platforms they were uploaded to. If you want content removed from the internet, contact the platform that hosts it as well.
Users' responsibility
Our terms of service require users to download only content they own, content licensed for download, or content they have permission to save, and to follow the source platform's rules.
Sending a notice
If you believe ClipNest is being used to infringe your copyright, for example through a specific link or page on this site, send a notice to {support_email} or through the contact form with:
- Your name, address, e-mail and phone number.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The exact URLs involved, on clipnest.bettercmd.com and on the source platform.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
We review complete notices promptly, usually within two working days. Where appropriate we block the identified content or links from being processed by ClipNest and may restrict users who repeatedly misuse the service.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was blocked by mistake, send a counter-notice with your contact details, the blocked URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was blocked in error, and your signature.
