End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This end-user licence agreement ("EULA") is between you and BetterLogic FZE, the operator of ClipNest. It covers the ClipNest website and any tools or code we make available through it (together, the "software"). It works together with our terms of service.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes, in line with this EULA and the terms of service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the software, except where the law allows it;
rent, sell, sublicense or offer the software as a service to others;
remove notices or branding;
use the software to download content you have no right to, or in breach of a platform's terms.

3. Ownership

The software, design and branding of ClipNest belong to BetterLogic FZE. This EULA gives you a licence to use them, not ownership. Content you download belongs to its respective owners.

4. Updates

We may update the software at any time, for example when platforms change. Some features may be added or removed.

5. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you break this EULA or the terms of service. We may also suspend access to protect the service.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is". The disclaimers and limits of liability in our terms of service apply.

7. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
